* Please report any issues within 7 days of receiving your item to be eligible for a free replacement
* Include clear photos of the damage when reporting the issue to help us process your claim quickly

 

Product Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry with a 30-day warranty.

* The warranty period begins from the date of delivery
* If your jewelry breaks during normal, regular wear within the warranty period, we will replace the item
* The warranty replacement includes the jewelry piece only
* Additional purchase upgrades (such as premium packaging or custom message cards) are not included in warranty replacements
